Cascade Sailboards—founded by Bob Erspamer and Gary Swanson in Hailey, Idaho, before relocating to Mosier, Oregon, in the Columbia River Gorge—gradually wound down its custom board building and active shop era around the late 1990s and 2000s as the original shapers retired or transitioned into other projects (see discussion in this forum thread).
This late-1990s page is preserved as a snapshot of Columbia Gorge windsurfing history, with descriptions of the boards they sold.
